Terms and Conditions

1. Overview & Agreement to Terms

Welcome to www.jumpflex.co.uk. By accessing or using this website (the "Website"), or purchasing from JUMPFLEX UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED ("Jumpflex", "we", "us" or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and all other terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here and on our Website, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website and the purchase of any Jumpflex products. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or proceed with a purchase.

The Terms that apply to your purchase are those in force at the time you place your order. We may update these Terms at any time, and any change will apply only to orders placed after it takes effect. Changes will not affect orders you have already placed. We may also update the Terms governing your use of the Website from time to time; the current version will always be available on this page.

While our products are meant to be enjoyed by families and children, the use of our Website and the purchase of products via the Website are not intended for use by children. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 years of age in the UK).

Any new features, products or services added to the Website shall also be subject to these Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page.

2. Business Customers

These Terms are written for consumers buying for personal, domestic use, and many of the protections in them (including the cancellation and return rights in section 9 and our Return and Refund Policy) reflect consumer law.

If you are buying in the course of a business, or for resale, hire, commercial or non-domestic use, you are a "Business Customer." By placing an order as a Business Customer you confirm that you are not acting as a consumer, and you acknowledge that consumer protection law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) does not apply to your purchase. In that case:

  1. the statutory 14-day cancellation right and our 30-day change-of-mind return do not apply, and returns are accepted only with our prior written agreement;
  2. the products are supplied with the benefit of our standard manufacturer's warranty (section 8) only, and all terms implied by law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted;
  3. our total liability to you is limited as set out in section 6.4, and we exclude all liability for loss of profit, loss of business, or other commercial or consequential loss (nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud);
  4. our products are designed and sold for residential, domestic use — commercial or non-domestic use voids the warranty (section 8.2), and you assume all risk and responsibility for any such use; and
  5. purchase for resale is not permitted.

If you do not contact us before ordering, your order is still accepted on these Terms, and this section 2 applies automatically if you are in fact a Business Customer. Where we identify that an order has been placed by a business, or for resale or commercial use, we may, at our option and before dispatch, cancel the order and issue a full refund, or ask you to enter into separate business terms before we supply.

3. Conditions of Sale; Order Acceptance; Pre-Orders

All prices are listed in GBP £ and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping or additional charges will be calculated at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to make the purchase and that you accept these Terms in full.

Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products to you.

Declining or cancelling an order. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example, if the product is out of stock, if there has been a pricing or product-information error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline or cancel your order, we will refund any amount you have paid in full.

Cancelling your order. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible — great for getting your product to you fast, but it means the window to stop an order can be short. You can ask to cancel at any time; how we handle it depends on how far your order has progressed (see section 9), so please contact us as soon as possible. Whatever stage your order has reached, this never affects your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods (section 9.3).

Pre-orders. Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are provided as a guide only and may change based on international shipping schedules and port clearances. For pre-order items, you may cancel at any time before the item ships and receive a full refund. Your order will ship together once the pre-order product is in stock.

Our Shipping Policy is available here

Our Return and Refund Policy is available here

4. Pricing, Payment & Currency

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you place it. In the event of a pricing or product-information error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if you have already been charged. Except as set out in these Terms, your statutory rights, and our Return and Refund Policy, fees are non-refundable.

Payments and third-party processors. We are the seller of the products, and your contract for the goods is with us. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and associated payment processors), and your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. While the payment provider handles the processing of your payment, your rights and remedies in respect of the products remain against us.

Promotions. We may from time to time offer promotions, which are subject to change at any time due to stock availability. Promotions on the Website or in print do not constitute a binding agreement; only a promotion valid at the point of purchase is binding. We reserve the right to deem a promotion invalid at any time.

Insurance Claims: Pricing for insurance claims is based on the full Recommended Retail Price (RRP), and free shipping promotions do not apply to insurance claims.

5. Assumption of Risk and Responsibility

Risk warning. USING TRAMPOLINES OR OUTDOOR PLAY EQUIPMENT INVOLVES AN INHERENT RISK OF INJURY. By purchasing and using any Jumpflex product, you acknowledge these inherent risks and confirm that you have read and understood the safety instructions provided.

Jumpflex products are designed strictly for residential, outdoor, domestic use. You are responsible for using and maintaining the product safely, including:

  • assembling the product strictly in accordance with our instruction manual (adult assembly is required);
  • checking on delivery that all components are included and appear to be in good condition with no visible faults before assembly;
  • carrying out regular inspection and maintenance;
  • following all safety guidelines and warnings at all times;
  • not exceeding the stated weight or user limits;
  • not modifying the product or fitting unauthorised or third-party parts; and
  • not using the product in unsuitable weather or environmental conditions.

Our products are susceptible to environmental conditions and bad weather, and can move or lift in strong winds. Ensure the trampoline is sufficiently stable; anchor kits may be suitable anchorage devices. Anchor kits are aids to help secure the trampoline to the ground — they are not a guaranteed preventative against movement or damage arising from environmental factors, and we do not accept responsibility for damage to the trampoline or to property caused by the anchor kit system. If your product will be unused for an extended period, disassemble it and store it in a dry place. See your product manual for further information.

Safety guidelines. To reduce the risk of serious injury, you should be aware of and abide by standard safety guidelines at all times, including:

  • Allow only one person on the trampoline at a time.
  • Do not attempt or allow somersaults, as landing on the head or neck can cause paralysis.
  • Do not use the trampoline without shock-absorbing pads that completely cover its springs, hooks, and frame.
  • Place the trampoline away from structures, trees, and other play areas.
  • No child under 6 years of age should use a full-size outdoor trampoline including our Flex, Hero and MEGA ranges.
  • Always supervise children who use a trampoline.
  • Use the trampoline only under the supervision of a responsible adult who is familiar with the safety guidelines and instructions for proper use.
  • Ensure the trampoline enclosure is used, securely in place, fully closed during use, and properly maintained.
  • Inspect before use and keep frame padding in place.
  • Climb on and off the trampoline; do not use it as a springboard.
  • The trampoline ladder must be removed and stored securely when not in use. Never leave the ladder attached while the trampoline is unattended.
  • Stop bounce by flexing knees as feet come in contact with the bed.
  • Avoid bouncing too high and maintain control.
  • Keep eyes focused on the trampoline toward the perimeter.
  • Bounce in the centre of the mat.
  • Avoid bouncing when tired.
  • Secure the trampoline against unauthorised use.
  • Keep objects away which could interfere with the performer.
  • Do not use the trampoline while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Do not use when the trampoline is wet or in windy conditions.
  • Read all instructions and manuals before use.

Our responsibility. We are not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by: failure to assemble the product in accordance with our manual; misuse or use other than as intended; inadequate inspection or maintenance; unauthorised modification; normal wear and tear; or exposure to weather or environmental conditions.

This section does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described, nor our liability for injury caused by our negligence. See section 6 for more on your statutory rights and our liability.

6. Your Statutory Rights, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Your statutory rights

As a consumer you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other consumer protection law. These include rights that the goods we supply are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and rights to certain remedies if they are not. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights. Our warranty (section 8) is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights. For more information about your rights, contact your local Citizens Advice service.

6.2 Website disclaimers

We use commercially reasonable efforts to display accurate colours and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Occasionally the Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and we reserve the right to correct them and to change or update information, or cancel orders, where information is inaccurate, without prior notice. The Website is provided on an "as available" basis, and we are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from problems inherent in the use of the internet.

6.3 Warranty disclaimers

Except for the warranty described in section 8, our Return and Refund Policy, and your statutory rights, all other conditions, representations and warranties regarding our Website and products are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6.4 Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any breach of your statutory rights in respect of the goods; or (d) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your purchase — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — is limited to the price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time we accepted your order.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from losses, costs and claims we suffer arising from: (a) your unlawful use of the Website; (b) your infringement of any third party's intellectual property or other rights; (c) your fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (d) your use of the product for commercial or non-domestic purposes in breach of these Terms. To be clear, this indemnity applies only if you act unlawfully, commit fraud, infringe intellectual property, or use the product in breach of its intended purpose, and does not apply to losses caused by our breach, negligence, or failure to comply with the law. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

8. Warranty

8.1 Warranty coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects only, and is provided in addition to (and does not limit) your statutory rights. It covers the repair or replacement of defective product parts only and does not extend to personal injury, property damage or other loss; those matters are dealt with in sections 5 and 6. Warranty periods begin from the date the product is shipped to you. Replacing a part does not reset or extend the original warranty period. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

If you believe a Jumpflex product is faulty or defective, you must discontinue use and submit a Warranty Claim. Any damage you cause as a result of continuing to use a faulty or defective product may void the warranty for that issue. Any replacement part under warranty will be, at our discretion, either a replacement of the original part or the provision of a new part for the same function (for example, if you have a warranty claim for a net with a flap, you may receive either a net with a flap or a net with a zipper).

8.2 Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

(i) Wear and tear — surface rust smaller than ¾ inch (2 cm); holes or tears in the jump mat smaller than ¾ inch (2 cm); fading, stretching or deterioration of materials over time; UV damage or fabric disintegration from sun exposure.

(ii) Weather and environmental conditions — damage caused by wind, storms, snow or sun; snow load, ice build-up or extreme temperatures affecting product lifespan (we strongly recommend disassembling and storing the mat, net enclosure and shade cover indoors, and removing snow from products); exposure to ocean spray or assembly within 1 mile (1.6 km) of a saltwater environment, in which case warranty on steel parts may be reduced by 50%.

(iii) Improper installation — issues from incorrect assembly or not following the official Jumpflex Assembly Manual; damage or failure due to missing components not reported before installation; use of third-party assembly services not authorised by Jumpflex.

(iv) Insufficient maintenance — premature wear due to lack of regular inspection, cleaning or care; damage from mould, rust or build-up due to improper storage or use.

(v) Misuse or inappropriate use — using the trampoline for gymnastic, stunt or commercial purposes; attaching third-party accessories or making unauthorised modifications; exceeding maximum user weight or allowing multiple users in ways not outlined in the safety guidelines.

(vi) Commercial use — Jumpflex products are designed for residential/domestic use only; any use in schools, rental properties, parks, gyms or play centres will void the warranty.

(vii) Installation service — this warranty does not cover any installation service. If you pay for installation at the time of purchase, this is a one-time service only, and you may not claim installation costs for any replacement parts.

Note: sunlight, rain, snow and extreme temperatures reduce the strength of components over time.

8.3 Making a warranty claim

Contact Jumpflex Customer Support or submit via the Website, providing your order number (or your original sales invoice, which shows your order number) and photos showing the suspected issue. We will assess the claim and determine whether to repair, replace, or offer an alternative solution. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and do not extend the original warranty period. If your goods are outside the warranty period, we may still be able to repair them where replacement parts are available; in that case the cost of the repair, including any freight, will be charged to you. We endeavour to resolve all warranty claims as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays in processing.

9. Order Cancellation & Returns

9.1 Cancelling before dispatch. Because we focus on fast dispatch, please contact us as soon as you can if you want to cancel. If you reach us before your order has entered the dispatch process (picking, packing or labelling), we will cancel it and give you a full refund, with nothing to return. In the rare event your order is dispatched despite a cancellation request we received in time, we will arrange and pay for its return.

9.2 Once dispatch has started. Once your order has entered the dispatch process we may be unable to stop it, and once it has left us it cannot be recalled in transit. If your cancellation request reaches us at or after that point, your order will be delivered and you can return it under section 9.3 or 9.4 and our Return and Refund Policy. In that case it is treated as a standard return, including responsibility for return shipping, subject to your statutory rights.

9.3 Statutory right to cancel (14 days). Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the statutory right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your goods. For full details on how to exercise this right, return shipping costs, and any deductions for handling, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

9.4 Extended 30-day return (change of mind). In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases, measured from the date of purchase, provided the items are returned in as-new condition with all original packaging. Because this period runs from purchase date (while the statutory 14-day period runs from delivery), the additional time it gives you depends on how long delivery takes. For full details and conditions, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Privacy Policy

Please see our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use and disclose information. By using the Website, you acknowledge that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. Please notify us of any breach of security by emailing hello@jumpflex.co.uk.

11. Intellectual Property; Acceptable Use

11.1 Jumpflex reserves all rights, title and interest in and to the Website and our products, including all related intellectual property rights. No part of the Website and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished or distributed for any commercial enterprise without our express prior written consent.

11.2 You acknowledge that any Submissions or Feedback you provide regarding the Website or products will be the property of Jumpflex.

11.3 You may not create, post, store or share any Submissions that violate these Terms or for which you do not have all necessary rights.

11.4 Reference to any third-party trademarks is for informational purposes only.

11.5 In connection with your use of the Website, you agree that you will not: post or transmit material that infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable law, is fraudulent, defamatory or obscene, or promotes discrimination or illegal activities; interfere with or damage the Website (e.g. via viruses, harmful code, or DDoS attacks); violate any law or regulation; scrape, crawl or spider the Website (except that we grant operators of public search engines and AI platforms revocable permission to use automated systems to index and reference materials for the purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices, summaries or references, provided they comply with our robots.txt and do not place an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure); display, mirror or frame the Website without our written consent; access or tamper with non-public areas of the Website or our systems; or attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software used to provide the Website.

11.6 We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Website at any time without notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts, and if you live in Northern Ireland, in the Northern Irish courts. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory legal protection available to you in the part of the UK where you live.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal resolution. We want to resolve any issue quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our Website, our products, or these Terms, please first contact us directly at hello@jumpflex.co.uk so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

14.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). If we are unable to resolve your complaint through our internal support processes, you may wish to use Alternative Dispute Resolution — a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it via mediation, without going to court. If we cannot settle your dispute, we will provide you with the name and web address of an appropriate ADR provider and tell you whether we are obliged or prepared to submit to their procedure.

14.3 Court proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally or through ADR, it may be brought before the courts in accordance with section 13.

15. Suspension; Termination

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Website if we determine that you have violated these Terms. You remain responsible for any fees, costs or expenses incurred prior to termination. Provisions concerning proprietary rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and jurisdiction shall survive termination.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Copyright policy. We do not permit copyright-infringing activities on the Website. If you believe content infringes your copyright under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (or other applicable UK law), you may notify us by providing: an electronic or physical signature of the authorised person; a description of the claimed infringing material and its location on the Website; your address, telephone number and email address; a statement of your good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf. Contact us at hello@jumpflex.co.uk.

16.2 Users outside the United Kingdom. The Website is operated for the United Kingdom. If you access it from outside the UK, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

16.3 Electronic communications. When you use the Website or email us, you are communicating with us electronically and consent to receive communications from us electronically.

16.4 Digital Content. You may not extract, download, copy, or redistribute any of our digital content (including website materials, software, or media) for use anywhere else, whether within the UK or internationally.

16.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be construed to reflect its intention so far as possible, with all other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

16.6 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jumpflex regarding your use of the Website and our products.

16.7 Waiver. Our failure to insist on strict performance of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver.

16.8 Third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not confer any rights or remedies on third parties.

16.9 Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, provided this does not affect the supply of products you have ordered. If such a transfer would affect your order, we will tell you, and you may cancel and receive a full refund of any amount paid for products not yet delivered. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

16.10 Force majeure. Our failure to perform any term as a result of conditions beyond our control (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics) shall not be deemed a breach of these Terms.

17. Contact Us
